THE SUDC entry system is now up and running and is available HERE

- Entry fees are £8 per competitor, £5 for entries to offbeat or rock n
roll only and £4 for spectators. The entries will be recorded via the
Sheffield system.
Spectator tickets can be sold on the door.

- The entry deadline is Tuesday the 20th at 7:30pm. We will send out a more
accurate timetable as soon as we can. Withdrawals are better than additions
so if you are aware of any after the deadline please send us an email.

- The fee for late entries is £20 per day.

- Offbeat music MUST be received by Thursday the 22nd, so we can check the
length of it and whether it works. CDs only, clearly marked with the
university name.

- Payment will be accepted on the day, but can be sent to

Cheques are to be made to "SUDA 2007".
Payment must cover all competitors and spectators entered via the system,
plus the fine for late entries if relevant.

- Universities entering couples consisting of ex-students dancing with a
current student in novice or intermediate must flag these couples to us by
email (with names) and confirm they comply with the constitution. We
reserve the right to ask such couples to dance in a different category if
they are clearly out of place.

Parking details for the coaches and other bits and pieces will follow
within the next few days.
